SSF Admissions Notice-Std. 5

Online Registration Process

  • The registration process for SSF Standard 5 for academic year 2019–20 is ONLINE via link
  • Online link for registration will be activated on 2 March 2019 at 10:00 am.
  • It is mandatory for the applicants to fill in all details asked for in the Registration form. Incomplete forms will not be entertained.
  • The children (school going or home schooling) studying in Std./grade 4 during academic year 2018-19 are eligible to apply for admission in SSF Standard 5
  • This is a just a registration process and does not confirm admission of your child.
  • Admission of your child will be confirmed only after payment of the fee
  • The available batch slots for standard 5 and the feesare given below. Each batch size is of 20 students.

  • When the batch is full, the link for that particular batch will become inactive
  • Kindly fill up correct details of your child in the online Registration form. If any information is found incorrect, it can lead to cancellation of registration.
  • After the submission of Registration form, Acknowledgement Receipt will be generated.
  • This Acknowledgement Receipt will be displayed on your Computer/laptop/Mobile screen as well as it will be mailed to you on your Registered e-mail Id Note: If you are unable to access the generated Acknowledgement Receipt, kindly check your registered e-mail id before undergoing any further procedure
  • VASCSC shall not be responsible for any delays/failure to register due to poor network, poor connectivity, slow speed of internet, server issues or any other issues
  • Only the generated Acknowledgement Receipts will be considered valid and no other proof of efforts will be entertained to ascertain the registration

Fee Payment

  • Parents/guardians are requested to submit the Print out/Hard copy of the Acknowledgment Receipt and the supporting documents at the time of Fee Payment at VASCSC
    • Documents needed: A copy of school Identity card and Aadhar card or Birth certificate clearly mentioning the Name, Date of Birth and current standard of the student
  • Fee should be paid WITHIN THREE WORKING DAYS OF VASCSC after generation of the Acknowledgement Receipt

Sun : 10:00 am – 12.30 pm
  • Payment can be done through Cash, Card or Cheque drawn in favour of 'VIKRAM A SARABHAI COMMUNITY SCIENCE CENTRE' payable at Ahmedabad

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. The batch mentioned in the online Acknowledgement Receiptshall not be changed under any circumstances
  2. Seats shall not be reserved under any circumstance
  3. Fee remitted is neither refundable nor transferrable
VASCSC reserves the right for admission. In case of any dispute, VASCSC's decision shall be final and binding.
